The EPC-2, Small Farmer GF-2031, is used for the optimal control of domestic pumps in clean water supply systems.
The precontrol simultaneously detects both water pressure and water flow rate and in relation to these it automatically controls the optimal operation of the pump.
Not suitable for industrial use.
The EPC-2 automatic pressure controller completely replaces the traditional complicated pump control system consisting of an expansion vessel, pressure gauge, pressure switch, valve, etc., protecting the pump in case of water shortage.
Unlike the traditional system, this electrical device is safe in operation, reliable and easy to install and control.
The automatic precontrol has a flow sensor that maintains the pump flow as long as there is a minimum consumption of 0.8l/min.
The starting flow reaches about 36-60l/h and is optimised for domestic applications.
For personal safety you should always use a residual current device (automatic differential fuse) with IDn-30mA in the installation diagram.
