The Detoolz DZ-C299, 850W concrete vibrator is a reliable and efficient piece of equipment designed to compact concrete by removing air during the pouring of ceilings, floors, foundations and foundation walls. It is ideal for renovation work in the home and for use on small construction sites.
Proper compaction of concrete is essential for increased strength and durability. The most effective method is vibrating the concrete using a submersible vibrator. The concrete is poured in successive layers of a maximum of 450 mm, each layer being completely vibrated before the next is applied.
Through vibration, air bubbles are eliminated, preventing voids in the structure. For an optimum bond between the layers, the vibrator head should be inserted approximately 100 mm into the previous layer before curing.
The Detoolz DZ-C299 can be equipped with immersible lance up to 38 mm in diameter and up to 3 m in length, offering flexibility depending on the type of work.
