The DZ-CB1003-G01 electric meat mincer is a robust, efficient and easy-to-use appliance, ideal for mincing fresh red meat. It is perfect for making homemade sausages, meatballs, kebbe, moussaka and many other recipes from local and international cuisines.

Thanks to its powerful 500 W motor with copper windings and a speed of 14,000–17,000 rpm, the machine ensures a consistent mincing rate without jamming, with a throughput of up to 72 kg/hour. The overheating protection system automatically cuts off the power supply in the event of overload, offering added safety and durability.

The body is made of plastic, stainless steel and aluminium, whilst the stainless steel blade and special aluminium alloy sieves guarantee efficient and precise mincing.
