Manual tomato chopper - Fontă

The tomato chopper is ideal for the quick preparation of tomato juice, purees, jams, jellies and other fruit and vegetable preparations. It efficiently separates the pulp from the skins and seeds, giving a smooth and uniform result.

Made of cast iron (model GF-0829-S001-G02), the machine offers high strength and stability in use. It is easily fixed to the work table with the clamping lever and is very simple to assemble and disassemble for cleaning.

Operation is manual, by turning the wooden crank, allowing total control over the chopping process. The rubber seal prevents the juice from leaking and the metal auger ensures efficient pressing of the tomatoes.

The product is intended for household use and is recommended for tomatoes and other soft fruits or vegetables. It is not suitable for hard, frozen foods or bones.

Maintenance:

After each use, take the machine apart and wash with warm water and dishwashing detergent. Parts should be thoroughly dried and lightly greased with edible oil or silicone spray to prevent rust.
