The manual grape crusher DG04C destemmer, Micul Fermier GF-2187 is a hand-operated equipment with inclined agitator and bowl.
It crushes grapes and separates the berries from the bunch.
The destemming is performed by a spindle with enamelled steel blades.
Crushing is done by 2 aluminium rollers.
The shelling drum is made of stainless steel.
The support specially used to protect the rollers, allows both an adjustment of the crushing degree and ensures the integrity of the mechanisms.
The frame is made of enamelled steel.
For use, it is placed on a collection barrel or on a stand with a collection tray, where the mustui (crushed grains) will be collected.
Manual Grape Crusher DG04C Grape Destemmer, Little Farmer GF-2187 consists of:
-Feed chute with agitator located inside and aluminium crushing rollers;
-Shaft separator;
-Evacuation of bunches and collection basket;
-Exhaust must and grains;
-Crushing roller support;
-Frame made of pipe;
-Crank (wheel) drive;
-Chain gear.
Tips for use and maintenance:
After each use disassemble the basket and clean it of debris with a nylon brush. Clean the rollers with a nylon brush.
After cleaning and drying, store the crusher in a dry place and grease the bearing bearings with grease oil.
At the end of the season, grease the moving parts with grease oil and wipe the other metal parts thoroughly, then store safely in a dry place.
