The ‘Micul Fermier’ electric incubator (capacity 12–36 eggs), model MF-ZO1005-G01, is designed as a surface incubator, with the eggs laid out in a single layer. The casing, made of heat-insulating plastic, ensures that the internal temperature is maintained. Heating is provided by a thermostat-controlled electric heating element. Air circulation inside is provided by an electric motor. Temperature control is managed by an electronic circuit. The holes in the casing ensure slow and continuous ventilation of the air inside, thereby removing excess carbon dioxide and other harmful gases produced during incubation. You must avoid blocking these holes or covering the electronic module.

The system uses a PID (proportional-integral-derivative) control algorithm, so that once initial parameters (temperature, humidity) are set, the system tends towards those values depending on environmental factors, compensating for the actual values of the system so that they are as close as possible to the initially set values.
