The pellets and animal feed machine 7.5KW 380V 150kg/h, Micul Fermier GF-2190 is designed for processing sawdust or finely chopped vegetable waste to produce solid biofuels in the form of pellets for powering thermal power plants that operate with this type of fuel. All these raw materials called agro-pellets are available in large quantities both in Romania and all over the planet, are rapidly renewable and do not cause natural imbalances by their collection. Making pellets is easy, ecological and does not harm the environment.
The pellet and animal feed machine 7.5KW 380V 150kg/h, Little Farmer GF-2190 is equipped with a three-phase asynchronous electric motor with a power of 7.5kW that drives a pair of pressing rollers on a mould through a press machine reducer with a high torque transmission ratio. With the given dual action, not only is the raw material well pressed, but also mixed. Thanks to the robust shaft, it easily withstands the high force produced by pressing hardwood and similar materials.
The working speed, the amount of raw material that can be processed (about 150 kg of pellets per hour), the elegant design and the extremely resistant materials make this product a perfect helper in any enterprise, farm or household.
Field of use:
- Used for pelletising wood waste, straw, sunflower husks
