Vibrating submersible water pump is an equipment used to transport water from wells, lakes, ponds, basins, fountains in order to supply various consumers.
In terms of construction the pump has three main components: motor, pumping unit and casing.
The main characteristic of a submersible vibration pump is the maximum delivery head as they only work when immersed in the fluid to be pumped.
If you want to buy a submersible pump, you should especially consider the pumping head (how many metres you want the pump to "lift") and the required water flow rate.
The water depth should not be less than 0.5m. You must always be careful at what depth you set the pump to operate and never leave the pump running outside the water surface.
The pump must operate fully submerged in the water and without touching the walls and bottom of the well or wellbore. The uninterrupted running time of the pump must not exceed 2 hours, with subsequent switch-off for 20 min.
The pump must be securely attached to and suspended from a structure of sufficient strength to support it when in the water.
The pump must not be used to transfer dirty water containing suspended solids, sand, water containing acids or corrosive substances, sea water, flammable and generally dangerous liquids.
