1. Available delivery methods

Express courier – directly to your address, through our courier partners (Fan Courier, Cargus, DPD, Sameday, PTT Express). Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

2. Delivery timeframes

Products in stock: 1–3 business days, depending on the destination.

Note: During busy periods (e.g., holidays, promotional campaigns), delivery timeframes may be subject to delays.

3. Delivery costs

For orders under 700 lei: the delivery cost is 26 lei. For orders over 700 lei: delivery is free of charge. For products weighing more than 29 kg: the shipping cost is 60 lei. The exact cost will be displayed in the shopping cart before completing the order.

4. Delivery tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with: the AWB number and the courier's tracking link.

5. Failed deliveries / Refusal of receipt / Refusal of pickup

If courier delivery is unsuccessful: the courier will attempt a second delivery. If you refuse the parcel or it cannot be delivered, the order will be returned to us.

In such cases, we reserve the right to require advance payment for future orders.

6. Remarks / Complaints
