Standard Order – with a customer account
This option gives you full access to: order history, delivery tracking, return requests, invoice downloads, etc.
Steps to place an order:
- Visit the online store: www.micul-fermier.ro
- Choose the desired products and click "Add to cart"
- Go to the shopping cart (icon in the upper right corner)
- Create a new account or log in if you already have one
- Fill in the billing and delivery details
- Choose the payment method
- Review all order details
- Click "Place order"
- You will automatically receive a confirmation email with all the details
Quick Order – without a customer account
For your convenience, we also offer the option to place an order without creating an account.
How it works:
- Visit the online store
- Choose the desired products and click "Add to cart"
- Go to the shopping cart (icon in the upper right corner)
- Select the "Continue without an account" option
- Fill in only the essential information (name, address, email, phone)
- Choose the payment method
- Review all order details
- Click "Place order"
- You will automatically receive a confirmation email with all the details
Note: With this option, you will not be able to track your order from an account and you will not have access to order history.
Can I track my order?
Yes, if you have a customer account. If you do not have a customer account, details can be obtained by calling 0374.496.500 during business hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. In your account, you can view the status of your orders and all associated details in real time. Login is done with the email and password set when creating the account.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Orders can be canceled directly from your account if they have not yet been processed. If the products have already been delivered, you can easily initiate a return from your customer account by completing the return form. If you do not have a customer account, orders can be canceled by completing the return form.
